Thank you for this. You so well articulated such a complex and dynamic process. Integration has been on my mind for a while now and I am constantly trying to prioritize/make space for it. For me I find it is easy to make space for if I am clear and connected to my commitment, because I don't see there's a magic practice or formula for integration, it takes radical resistance against our overdriven culture, as you noted. It's just a constant practice of returning for me, and remembering the whole idea about life as practice. I'm planning to do the Strozzi training this year - really helpful and inspiring to see how their work has impacted you. Cheers!
